Non-Ferrous Metal Recovery
625 TPA authorized reprocessing of non-ferrous metals extracted from e-waste streams. Recovery of gold, silver, platinum, copper, aluminium, zinc, tin, nickel, tungsten, and molybdenum through environmentally controlled smelting with scrubber-equipped furnaces.
A single tonne of circuit boards contains more gold than 17 tonnes of gold ore. Electronic waste is an urban mine — containing copper, aluminium, gold, silver, platinum, zinc, tin, nickel, tungsten, and molybdenum. Our facility is authorized to reprocess 625 metric tonnes of non-ferrous metals annually, equipped with dual melting furnaces and scrubber-equipped chimneys for environmentally controlled smelting.
Our Process
Component Sorting
PCBs, connectors, IC chips, and metal-rich components separated from the e-waste stream during the dismantling phase for targeted metal recovery processing.
Mechanical Processing
Shredding, magnetic separation, and eddy current separation to extract ferrous and non-ferrous metal fractions from mixed e-waste streams.
Controlled Smelting
Non-ferrous metals processed in our dual melting furnaces (280 Kg and 340 Kg/hr capacity) with individual suction hoods attached to a common chimney with wet scrubber for emission control.
Refined Output
Recovered metals — gold, silver, platinum, copper, aluminium, zinc, tin, nickel, tungsten, and molybdenum — refined and returned to the manufacturing supply chain. Residues disposed to authorized TSDF.
Key Benefits
625 TPA Authorized Capacity
KSPCB-consented reprocessing of non-ferrous metals with dedicated furnace section and air pollution control equipment.
Precious Metal Recovery
Gold, silver, and platinum group metals extracted from PCBs and connectors — maximizing value recovery from every kilogram of e-waste.
Emission Controlled
Dual furnaces equipped with individual suction hoods, common chimney, and wet chemical scrubber system meeting KSPCB emission standards.
HWM Authorized
Hazardous Waste Management Authorization #354672 covers 424.8 MTA of metal and metal-alloy wastes including precious metals, iron, steel, nickel, aluminium, zinc, and tin.
